  • Boost attendance at Universal Community M.B. Church third annual outdoor gospel festival in Chicago's Roseland Neighborhood in the summer of 2010

  • Distributed flyers and posters throughout neighborhood

  • Positioned the event as bringing joy to a community that has suffered devastation from violent crimes 

Results
  • A doubling of attendance at festival compared to previous year (more than 200 festival attendees)  

 

  • Feature stories in the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Crusader
